- Identifiers: We collect Service IDs to understand your usage and improve our services.
Data Not Linked to You
We collect the following data, but it is not linked to your identity:
- User Content: Photos chosen for menu translation are processed locally on your device and are not stored or shared. Only the text blocks requiring translation are sent to our server. When using the Cloud AI Detection feature, the image is securely transmitted to our server for processing and is immediately deleted after the process is complete. We do not store or retain any uploaded images after processing.
- Identifiers: We collect Service ID to troubleshoot and improve our app. It is not linked to your device. It only links to the instance of the service request. You can reset it by reinstalling the App.
- Diagnostics: We collect performance data, including crash logs, to identify and fix issues.
How We Use Your Data
